No Doubt did a guest appearence on Gossip Girl – but not in one of our darling’s scene. They appeared in episode 24, which is only about Lily van der Woodsen’s past, and played an 80’s band called Snowed Out. Leighton didn’t catch them on set, and didn’t even know they were on the show.

“You wanna know something?” she asked MTV News “I didn’t even get to see No Doubt, and I didn’t even know that they were gonna be on. Somebody told me that they were coming on my show. And they performed in L.A. while I was working in New York. That’s what happened!”

“I love her,” Meester said. “And I love No Doubt. That was one of the first albums I had, and I still know every word. I think she’s awesome, and the music they make is great. I really love that style, too, because it’s a woman singing, and it’s not totally pop. It’s really fun and very strong and cool.”

Guess what ? James Franco is going to play the father in Date Night (the comedy Leighton is filming right now), while Leighton will play the babysitter. Oh, well. BUT. There must be a but. In The Roommate, there are rumors that Cam Gigandet will play Leighton’s BOYFRIEND ! Do you know Cam Gigandet ? He plays James, in Twilight. Here is a picture of him.

So… who should I be more jealous ? Cam, for knowing Leighton or Leighton, for kissing (probably) Cam ?

HELP.

Gossip girl here…

Cobra Starship premiered their brand new song, “Good Girls Go Bad,” on Ryan Seacrest this morning, but it’s no ordinary tune — the track features Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester!

You can hear the new song right now on the band’s MySpace page, even though the single doesn’t go on sale on iTunes until Tuesday, May 12! Check out the song and tell us what you think about the tune, Leighton, and if you’re psyched for their third album, Hot Mess, to drop August 11.

You know, I just made my Twitter account some days ago. Gosh, it really is addicting. But anyway, I started following someone named leightonmarissa. She caimed she was Leighton, our Leighton, and started talking about her blog (http://missleightonyesitsme.blogspot.com/). I read the blog, and in many posts, the girl suffered and suffered and wrote about a lover that she lost, and that she will never stop loving. Then she said she wishes she would die soon.

So I PANICKED, wondering if Sebastian and Leighton were through, and if Leighton REALLY wanted to die soon. I started wishing it was a poser. So, my dear friend Bruna found out (right here) that they asked about this blog to the real Leighton, alive, and she said she didn’t do it. WHOOOOOOOOOOOO ! So if you happen to find this blog, don’t worry. It’s not Leighton Meester.

And Leighton and Sebastian are still together, thank God. Just in case.
