Leighton Meester was on the cover of Marchs issue of Seventeen Magazine. Inside the magazine Leighton tells us her personal favourites, what she wouldn’t leave the house without, etc.. and if you didn’t have the chance to read it, I have the whole thing here!

Interesting.. I didn’t know she wore glasses.

Gossip girl here…

While crossing the street, Leighton Meester gets a little playful with paparazzi as she makes a surprised face on the New York City set of Gossip Girl on Monday (July 13).

Also spotted on set: Ed Westwick looking Chuck-tacular in a button-down shirt, tie and bright red suspenders. As JustJared.com would say… suspenders sexy!

SPOILER: Either Chuck and Blair share another passionate kiss on a NYC sidewalk… or Ed and Leighton are just messing around! Leighton Meester Has Her Legs Upfront

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester shows off her legs for days in a Jil Sander jacket and skirt at the 2009 CW Network Upfronts at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Thursday (May 21).

The 23-year-old actress finished off her look with strapped Brian Atwood shoes and Bulgari jewels.

Costars Blake Lively, Taylor Momsen and Jessica Szhor were also on-hand for the promotional event. Leighton was spotted holding Blake’s hand as they walked on stage during the Upfronts presentation.

I personally loooove the look. What do you think? Cute right?

Blair’s style is colourful, but the New York Times seems to have gone overboard with that. Recently, Leighton was in a photoshoot for the NYT magazine, dressed in what seemed like modern art made into clothing. I’m not quite sure I like the look, but that might just be me. What do you guys think? Do you love it or hate it? Click on the picture to see the whole slideshow. There’s also an interview. (P.S. I might not be so into the suit in the pic, but I love the shoes!)

Want to know how to get Leightons look? I have it all here. I found this article on Seventeens website and it tells you how you can get her style.

Playing Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl means that Leighton gets one of the hottest TV wardrobes, and her real-life closet is just as jam-packed with the cutest clothes. But while Blair’s all about in-your-face bright colors and a headband, Leighton’s personal style is a toned-down version of the sophisticated prep. She always opts for fashion-forward shades of yellow, green, and magenta that go perfectly with her opaque skin color and dark hair. The result: a look that’s sophisticated and runway-worthy.

For formal events, Leighton changes it up between form-fitting sheaths, slouchier numbers, one-shoulder dresses, and anything with a nipped waist to give her curves.

Leighton’s causal wear is prep with a twist: Try pairing a leather pencil skirt with a black blazer and a cute silk top to re-create a classic Leighton look.
