This time she is at the New York Times Magazine, talking about her upcoming movies (one of them is a comedy ! This one I can actually watch ! YAY !, lol), her parents and paparazzi.
Her upcoming comedy is called Date Night. She plays the babysitter, and it is about two parents that go out at night and everything goes wrong. She talks a little about The Roommate, another upcoming movie. She will be on the lead role on that one. But it’s not a comedy at all. Leighton still doesn’t know who is co-starring with her.
She also says that she doesn’t want to take the same steps as her parents, and that she did nothing to talk about. Which is true. Her parents did something wrong, not her. She has nothing to do with it.
“I’m determined to no longer wear pants. The music is electric pop, with a little bit of rock element to it. It’s not like bubble gum — it’s actually very edgy.” she says about her CD.
BY THE WAY, I forgot to send you her brand new song ! It’s called ‘Birthday’ and it is amazing ! For some reason, I can’t upload it, so if you want, you can check it out here [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQIX5psca5Q]
And you can read the full New York Post Magazine interview here [http://themoment.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/04/10/the-backstory-]leighton-meester/?hpw]
